National and Global Security Policy

Lucien Frank does not engage for the purpose of funding, investment, collaboration or partnership(s) in any way with companies, governments, military personnel, academic institutions, research institutions, official/unofficial organizations or individual(s) that so directly or knowingly indirectly participate or contribute to the following:

• violations of international humanitarian law;
• obstruction of justice for personal, professional, financial gain;
• violations of civil liberties for personal, professional, financial gain;
• pattern behavior or intent to steal intellectual property from any U.S. company, institution, government office, military branch, individual therein or civilian(s);
• performs or engages in illegal or unlawful surveillance; 
• violations of laws protecting individual consent;

Any effort to breach security protocols at Lucien Frank will be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law, in all appropriate jurisdiction(s) both civilly and criminally.
